Production & Processing Time

For made-to-order and pre-order items, please allow 1–5 weeks for crafting, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping Time

Once your piece is complete, it is shipped via insured express delivery:

• Express Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking information is sent immediately once your order ships.

Pre-Order Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended production timeline above. This ensures each garment is crafted with precision and exclusivity.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, SAINT VOID is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
